Requirements

  • Commitment to the BPA Code of Practice and Rules
  • Appropriate public liability, employers’ liability and product liability insurance
  • Compliance with applicable transport regulations
  • Understanding of relevant legal obligations, including classification, packaging and labelling requirements
  • ADR-trained drivers (where applicable)
  • A Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor (DGSA) (where applicable)
  • Suitable licensed storage facilities (where applicable)

Requirements marked “where applicable” will depend on the nature of your business and the services you provide.

Annual Membership Fee

£100 + VAT

Membership runs from 1 January to 31 December.

Companies joining during the membership year will pay a pro-rata subscription.
